1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Boxygen ("Boxygen", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Our services

Boxygen provides web designing, web hosting, domain registration, social media marketing and graphic design services as described on our website. The specific deliverables, scope and pricing for each engagement are set out in the order, plan or proposal you select.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our services. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload or distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of our systems;
• probe, scan, scrape or interfere with our services or infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your order/proposal. By placing an order you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the amounts due. Subscription-based services renew automatically for the term selected at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us — cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund policy

Boxygen offers a performance-based refund. If we fail to accomplish the agreed scope of work for a service you have purchased — for example, we are unable to deliver your website, hosting setup, design project or marketing campaign as defined in your order or proposal — you may request a refund of the fees paid for the unfulfilled portion of that service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date and include a brief description of what was not delivered. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact our support team at info@boxygen.net.

Refunds are not available where the service has already been delivered, where work has been substantially completed in line with the agreed brief, or where delays/failures are caused by you (for example, missing content, feedback or approvals). Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry, and third-party costs (such as paid plugins, premium themes or ad spend) are non-refundable once incurred.

7. Intellectual property

All software, designs, logos, documentation and other materials that make up our website and services are owned by Boxygen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, copy or attempt to extract our source code.

Where we deliver custom design or development work, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless your order states otherwise. Boxygen retains the right to use the work in its portfolio.

8. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, host or provide to us ("User Content"). You grant Boxygen a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to your User Content.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of security vulnerabilities. We may need to perform maintenance from time to time and will give reasonable notice where practical.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if:

• you breach these Terms in a material way;
• you fail to pay fees when due;
• your use creates a security or fraud risk; or
• we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the services ends immediately. Where reasonable, we will give you a window to export your data before deletion.

11. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Boxygen against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
